Partnering with business leaders is a vital component of the Haworth College of Business experience. Business leaders bring students expertise from outside the classroom; faculty members stay connected with trends in industry through collaboration and interaction with these business executives.

- Keystone Bank Breakfast Series provides regular opportunities for community members to hear what business leaders, WMU faculty, and alumni have to say about important business issues of the day.
- Distinguished Speaker Series provide a forum for business leaders to address a large group of students, faculty, staff and the community on business experiences and trends. Speakers have included alumnus Christine Cortez, senior vice president at DaimlerChrysler; Thomas L. Reece, Chairman, Dover Corporation; and Lloyd H. Dean, President/Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Healthcare West. Many of these events are available online.
- WMU's BroncoJobs registration connects recruiters to students seeking career opportunities.
- Networking Opportunities, sponsored by Career and Student Employment Services, include online job and resume posting, on-campus interviewing, career fairs, practice interviews, and etiquette dinners. Contact Career Services Advisor

- Alpha Kappa Psi, an honorary business fraternity, hosts fall Career Day each year; during the spring semester, a second Career Day is held by Career Services.
